Believe it or not, I've never performed the 4th. I have looked at the part though and if it did come up, I'd almost certainly use the Willson Eb on it. We have done the 7th and I use contrabass on that part all the way. We did do the 5th once and I used my Rudy CC on that because I didn't have my Willson Eb yet and that part has lots of octaves and unisons with the bass trombone part. I wanted a horn I could really control well and have really reliable intonation. If it came up again, I wouldn't hesitate to use the Willson. The part doesn't have much to do anyway and the intonation on the Willson is fine.
