Salvation is created, very very beautiful piece... and Elegy for a Young American. I forget the composer, but it was written after JFK's death, in his honor, and it is just the epitome of emotion.
Also, being a choir dork, if you ever get a chance to hear "Sing me to Heaven" or "Cantique de Jean Racine", please do. They're enchanting.
