I believe Doug Elliot only does business over the phone and through the mail. His number however should be in the archives. I would make one suggestion in your search however. If you really like the Conn 7B, you might want to give Mike Russo a call at the Woodwind and Brasswind and see if they still do mouthpiece modifications. That way you could purchase a new one, have them modify it, and have no "down time" in the process. Also, you would get a new mouthpiece in the process for a lot less than $100. I have had bass trombone mouthpieces altered in the past with success from them, so I would still recommend them.
