I'm sure that Chuck G will chime in here, because he owns one with the original Canadian Brass logo. I've blown a few notes on his, and I found it to be one of the best euphoniums I've every put to my lips (this from the perspective of an amateur tuba player). And the valve arrangement was quite nice--you are right to want it.

I do not believe they are still made, and even when they were they were, of course, expensive.

You might consider getting a leadpipe for a 642 and installing it on your 321. The main limitation of the 321 seems to be the smaller receiver and leadpipe. That might add the heft you seek.
