You can't honestly say tuba players are like trumpet players or string players ^_^ We're just as good musicians, but you have to admit, it takes a certain type of person to play the tuba...the kind (not all, mind you ^_^) that would enjoy tossing a tuba, or taking a tuba sauna. Who said it was a musical convention? It's just a Tuba/Euphonium convention *smiles*
