Although bari-sax is an Eb instrument and reads treble clef, the bari-sax music is written on exactly the same part of the staff as bass clef tuba music, so any good tuba duet should do, as long as you don't expect him to go below D# (or perhaps C, if a fancy bari sax) below the bass clef.
Your bari-sax friend will just have to (for instance) look at a bass clef Eb and pretend that it is a treble clef C.
