I have read the previous three entries before mine, and they all reflect a portion of my experience.

I am 6' 0", and in the area of 240 lbs. I find myself repositioning my body when sitting to help free the area that my stomache moves when I breathe. I didn't have to do this when I was in undergrad school. (5'10", 180 lbs).

I also feel that I have lost some volume because of weight. I question, however that the loss is in the use of the area that I have as opposed to truely loosing area.

I also use weight training and walking to help control body mass. My weakness is in food control. I would be in better shape if I were closer to 200, but I am at around 8% to 10% body fat.
