Up in that register every tuba is different. You really have to sit down with a tuner and find what works on your instrument with your mouthpiece and your chops. For example, I find that the best fingering for C above the staff on my BBb Weril is 3rd valve alone. Is that weird, or what? On most BBb tubas that C is good when played open, with the B just under it fingered 2. The rest of the fingerings usually are the same as they are an octave lower, at least as a starting point.
