I have a two-year old miraphone 191S (4-valve) for sale. The only laquer wear is a little on the bottom bow from holding it. There a some small dings in the inside of the bell flair where a rone player kicked a stand into it (dangers of community band). There is one small dent on the back of the horn. Some intonation tendancies that I (a very rank amatuer)have noticed are: D below the staff needs to be played 3rd, C in the staff needs some slide push. As I am merely a hobbyist player now, I am sure that these tendancies would be diminished with a fine player. Actually the reason I am selling the horn is that the doctors tell me I am losing my hearing at an accelerated rate. So intonation may not be a strong point for me. The horn, TU29 m-piece, RB gig-bag, and my library of tuba music for $3800. I paid $4800 for the horn and bag two years ago. E-mail me if interested
