In response to the several messages posted regarding the International Women's Brass Conference. I appreciated all of you who commented on the POSITIVE aspects of the conference. I did not post the item to create controversy: I am the advertising coordinator, and I was simply trying to get the word out in as many places as I could. The conference offers many outstanding female AND MALE performances, and the competitions are great! Just thought you might like to hear about it before you read it in a magazine. To those of you who had slightly less positive comments, I'm sorry you feel that way.
