While everyone below gives good reasons for their opinion I would have to disagree and suggest that the YBB-102 is probably exactly what you need right now.

The sound that it does create is very very presentable, the intonation is very workable, and absolutely most important to someone coming back after 25 years -the slots are nice and tight and will be very forgiving and guide you to the right notes as you build your chops back up.

I say go with the cheap yamaha, sure it won't knock down walls.. but you wouldn't be doing that if you were able to afford a 6/4 Holton either. Get your chops back and save more money towards a 'better' horn. In a year or so you'll be much better equiped to judge what it is you like when it's time to upgrade. You'll know when it's time to move on and until then it'll be any easy horn to enjoy. The yamaha will probably be the easiest to get your money back out of too I would imagine.
