I played an excellent ska tune on my undergrad recital for brass quintet and drum set called KOHS-Ska by Raymond Stewart. Ray was the tubist with the Meridian Arts Ensemble and this is off of their Anxiety of Influence album. It's a great tune, really fun but you have to have a french horn and trumpet player who know how to have fun because they have some vocal percussion parts. You can buy the chart through one of the trumpet players - Jon Nelson with Blue Bison Music??? not sure if that's the right name. If you want to get in touch with Ray I believe he is the tuba professor at SUNY Potsdam but I'm not sure.
