- The dents can be removed.
- A dent eraser is not necessary, nor the proper application for a tuba bell.
- University instructors would probably offer the best repair person referrals.
- Of course, the structural integrity of sheet metal is compromised every time it is creased/dented and repaired...but to what extent(?).
- Removing creases always scratches an instrument. Some repair people can keep this to a bare minimum on certain types of jobs.
- The playing quality of the instrument may already be just fine without any repairs effected.
