Well, what a debate. I guess the point of my comment was that the 12 combination was worse than in any BBb I had played. Even my old Cerveny was not that bad, nor the new King (my immediate references) Indeed, the lenght of tube must be considered, but in many instances, the weak third finger cannot be relied upon too heavily for technical passages. A solid 1-2 punch (gratuitous, yes) can be helpful. No intended or implied ignorance.
