It's the result of a somewhat tighter budget. Contact our Public Affairs office (navyband.navy.mil) or by phone. Calls from representatives of schools or libraries (or letters on their letterheads) will usually do the trick. What you do with it when you get your hands on it is up to you... ; > )
This one is definitely worth it.
