Okay, tubers and tubettes, here's the scoop:
I play a Cerveny Piggy. Valve 4 had a problem with noise -- it would CLANK when used. Checked a lot of things, but still had the clank.
Sunday night, I take the rotors out and clean everything (general maintenance). Relube the lot, reassemble the rotors. Hey! No more clank! Because it keeps sticking....
Found out that the valve will work (no clank), but only if I loosen the back cover about a half turn. Bear in mind that I don't have them very tight to begin with.
Any advice? What could be going on?
