I used to own an Amati Kraslice BBb and liked it very much. At one time Amati Kraslice was very popular in Eastern Europe, and to some extent in other western countries. They made primarily rotory intruments. Now, Amati is the name put on piston valved instruments from the same company that manufactures Cervenys. If the Amati you are asking about has rotory valves then it is likely comparable to a Cerveny, which isn't too bad (good sound, decent intonation {usually}, thin brass that is easily damaged). If it is newer and has pistons it is likely a mediocre quality intrument and you would be better off with something else. Remember, as a rule of thumb - Buy Cheap, Buy Twice.
