If one is willing to get a fine used horn, Dillon's has several reasonably priced 186's.
Probably a better choice than all of these horns except when price comes into play. Just FYI-Cerveny is a risky investment due to the inconsistency of the horns they make, i.e. some are good, some are not. The Conn International 2300 is the VMI 2103 with a horizontal main tuning slide.
