Maybe. I could be wrong. I remember asking him years ago about which horn he uses when he subs for the Pops and orchestral playing. He said "Rudy Meinl 5/4 CC" or something like that. I also remember him playing years ago with the Pops, and it was televised. They showed a couple of close-ups of him playing and it looked very much like a 5/4 Rudy. He sounds great on anything anyway!
