The key fitting dimensions (if you measure your 2145 and post its dimensions) are
- overall height
- height from bottom of "bottom bow" to top of "top bow"
- width of body
- thickness of body
- bell diameter (16-1/2")
- orientation (i.e. FRONT ACTION - piston or rotary should both be OK)

If someone else's tuba's dimensions are the same or smaller than all of your 2145 dimensions (and reasonably close all around) their tuba will probably fit in your case OK.
