Can anyone REALISTICALLY see any of these little ditties being used anywhere except a football or basketball pep band? That being the case, if all Richie charges is paper & postage (to recoup his expenses), then these materials are being used for an educational activity, and are covered under a different set of rules than just an arrangement for profit. If that were not the case, then every college band and most high school bands in the country would be at the mercy of publishers as to what they are artistically allowed to play. The halftime show content becomes dependent on whatever arrangements the publishers decide to run that season. Whaddya think, college folks, more Jensen arrangements to satisfy your fans?
