For the Port Angeles area I'd first suggest you contact the music department at UPS (University of Puget Sound.) My understanding is there is a fine, strong tuba studio there. If you didn't know, a tuba studio is a group of college students enrolled in a college music department who all take lessons from the college's tuba teacher. These students would be a GREAT group for you to draw from in getting a teacher that you can work with in preparing for your post-secondary, college schooling, and my suspicion is that you might find their time easier to get than THEIR teacher's (Mr. Olka who was already mentioned.)
