Yea it might be more healthy to get 8 hours of sleep and a small nap, but how do you do that in college? Who has time to sleep that actually practices????
Besides one doctor says one thing and the next day a doctor will say the exact opposite...the important thing is that you try to get the most amount of sleep you can AND if you can grab a power nap in the early afternoon, more power to you.
