Unfortunately, many Americans speak only English. Unfortunately, many won't take the time to use a translation site to communicate across language boundries. Unfortunately, the babelfish site isn't perfect, either. If our Peruvian tubist friend can use English, even with some grammar or spelling mistakes, he will immediately have a much larger audience of folks who may be able to help with his/her request(s).
