I recommend you take a look at what Dave Fedderly has in the way of "Previously Owned" tubas over at the Baltimore Brass Company (link below). I got a GREAT deal on a a used Miraphone 1290 CC tuba about two years ago and Dave was fantastic with all of the help he offered. I can't recommend B.B.C. highly enough.
