if you're talking about a gig bag that would fit the 188 and the 181, but not at the same time, I'd say go for an Altieri bag. Get one that fits the 188, then when you want to put the 181 in there, you can cinch it down so it is more snug around the 181. the nice thing about the Altieri Bags when you use them for different horns is that when you cinch down the top-loading area, it gets shorter if the horn is shorter. It's very convenient. I used the same bag for my B&S F tuba and my Cerveny Piggy (until I sold the piggy). The pig's a bit shorter and smaller-belled than the B&S, and it worked very well.
