I know that the Weril case is heavy weight but I think the simpliest way to solve this problem is to buy a gig bag for short carrying situation and still use the case for long or hazardous trip!

PS.: Mr Bivens, I still have your CC Weril and I realy like to play with it! My repairmen add a extension rod to the main tuning slide for 80$(Canadian). With that, I can move it while I'm playing and stay in tune in any register!
