Nice to see the popularity of the MW2145 is strong. I just got mine in May and I have found it to be a GREAT horn. On my horn, I use a Doug Elliot tuba mouthpiece. The shank is a T5H with a T cup and a gold rim. This mouthpiece has worked wonderfully for me becuase of the large cup and soft gold rim that fits with my "way" of playing. I hope you find a mouthpiece that works well for you.
