A few years back a guitar, clarinet, and myself on tuba performed weekly at a high class resturant on Captiva Key. We primarily did dixie and swing tunes but there were a ton of Buffet tunes that the folks would request. Naturally we performed them. Anything for a buck or two or twenty. Back at Pleasure Island at Disney, we had quintet doing everything from Patsy Cline to Buster Poindexter to Bo Didley. The group was lead by a wahboard and consisted of a clarinet, pocket trumpet, banjo and myself. Though my career I've learned that the tuba can play any type of music and be right at home.
