I purchased a Korg AT-12 years ago before I started my graduate work. It is a good tuner but it could never consistently hear the low notes (especially pedal tones). Last year a friend of mine was asked to direct an instrumental ensemble at his church. He asked me for recommendations on tuners. I gave him a list of recommended tuners and told him that I could not recommend any of the inexpensive tuners ($15-$25) because, in my experience, they never hear a wide enough range. He researched the available tuners and bought a Korg CA-10. I told him that I wanted to try it when he got it in. Needless to say, I was amazed at the performance of this tuner. I have now purchased a Korg CA-20 and I recommend it to all my students. I can recommend this tuner to you without any reservation.
