Thank you to whoever dropped a plug for us a Dillon Music. A couple of things though. We don't have a lacquer Besson 993 in stock at the moment but would be glad to order one of those fine horns for anyone. A mail order company here in the United States lists the 993's for $5595 in lacquer and we can gladly match or beat that price, as they will match us too. Also, buying from a merchant here in the states (please see Sean's fine links under Shops and Organization) gives you an outlet to return a horn if you don't like the way it plays.

But let's keep this list open for the exchange of ideas, information, and personal only ads. Joe Sellmansberger and Tony Clements, are a fine example of businessmen exchanging ideas and information with only an occasional blurb about a tuba to sell. In the past several years of contributing to the list, I have only mentioned a tuba for sale at Dillon's that happenss to be my own horn. The other businesses have all been great about not adertising here. Maybe Mr. Oliver can please tone it back before some other businesses start to ruin this site with excessive advertisements. Matt the amatuer tubist wears a different cap from Matt the tuba repairman. Enough said for now.

Matt, the amatuer tubist.
