I know that Ed Diefes of the Syracuse Symphony (second tuba or Philly as well) brought his 2165 down for Dave Fed to sell. I have played it. I thought it was a nice punchy 6/4 tuba. I have a 2165 of my own (which I wouldn't give up for anything) and this one seems to be a little more articulate than mine. If you are looking for a boomy 6/4 then this wouldn't be it. Ed had a wonderfully huge sound on that tuba. Give it a try. The horn is in great condition for a 7 year old tuba. Good luck!!
