This is Barry Guerrero from the Tower Classical Annex in San Francisco. We have all of the items you mentioned, except maybe the Levine Symphony Fantastique. Both the Karajan Bruckner box, and the S.F. Symphony Hindemith discs are out of print in the U.S. We have to get our copies from an exporter in England. Give me a call during weekdays at 415-441-4880, or you can ask to talk to Dennis or John Lewis in the evenings. We would need to charge a small shipping fee to cover UPS costs.

As an fyi, the S.F. Symphony Nielsen symphony cycle has been reissued onto two Decca Doubles (gatefolding "twofers") - that's a good place to hear Floyd really honk. Also try Blomstedt's Mahler Resurrection - one of the best around.
