seems to me you're screening out lots of people who didn't screw you over- - - what of the people who bought mailorder on the advice of a trusted "expert" (my HS band instructor had tons of people buy through Interstate Music Supply - - they did so because he said they should) without even knowing that you exist? Would I be SOL if I moved to Memphis from Wisconsin? I didn't buy my horn through you because I don't live there -- would that mean you wouldn't repair my horn?
I'm sure you don't mean that you refuse to work on ANY horn that did not originate at your shop, right?
