Thanks for all your help and advice. I'm trying hard to get my baby back.
Here's what it is:

1917 Silver Conn 4-valve CC, Serial #158725
Lots of distinctive marks: Gold valve casing caps, ornate etching on front of bell (Old Conn logo), uneven cut on lower 1st valve slide, de-plated patch where carrying strap eyelet was moved from back of bottom elbow, several small dents in bottom elbow and outer tube, obvious custom rings on upper 1st and 2nd valve slides, mismatched water keys (piston and lever types), etc. It was in an Altieri gig bag w/o the bell "cap". In the pockets were three mouthpieces: a gold Dennis Wick, a silver Schilke 67, and a silver Marcinkiewicz T. Johnson. The large pocket also contained a Korg AT-12 Tuner, and a bass trombone/tuba part to "Aida", among other miscellaneous items.

It was stolen in Eugene, OR and it's very possible it went to Portland, OR. Thanks to anyone who could help me keep an eye out. Please email me or contact the Eugene Police Dept. at (541) 682-5111 re: case #9924140 with any info.
