I have posted to this board in the past and have always used my real name, but because of personal reasons I choose to be incognito for just this one post.
I have dealt with BW many times. Most of this business was conducted with the owner or his right hand man. I have the following to say:
1) When a new company starts up, the owner is hungry for business. They want to go the extra mile to please the customer. This NO LONGER the case at BW. They have "I don't give a damn" attitude, and can do so because they are the Micrsoft of music stores.
2) The invetory is in general in poor shape, very "shop worn", and in general filthy.
3) And finally, I have personaly witnessed misinformaion being (what I felt as intentional to sell what product was on hand) fed to unsuspecting students and parents.
The above opinions are my own and may be completely wrong (disclaimer), but I don't think so!
