Walter Sear was importing the Del Prinz tubas back in the 60's. They were pretty good horns, free blowing and relatively well in tune. One of his students won a major gig in Europe playing one of them. They're made in Belgium but I don't know if the factory is still around.
Depending on the price, it wouldn't be a bad horn.
