Just bought one used a couple of months ago and am feeling much "at home" with it. Played a gig up in Indiana right after I bought it and took it to the Brasswind and Custom the next day and A/B'd it against similar sized horns, namely the Rudy 3/4 and pt4, and the CB just is so much more horn than these others, particularly down low. It has a somewhat darker flavor than the German-style horns, so it just depends on what you like. Switching from rotors to the smaller pistons of the Getzen is not as drastic as with some others. The only drawback I can name is the CB is rather bell-heavy and requires an arm to hold the horn upright to play. Other than that it has been a real pleasure to get to know.
