The horn you saw (the 661) was Yamaha's fist CC tuba that they produced. It was made in the early 80's if not 80. I used to own one of these horns and sold it last year. Very similar to a piggy with an .815 bore. The fifth is operated on the left hand but I had mine changed by a great repairman over here in Japan. These horns seem really rare I have only seen a few of them. A quick funny story for you told to me by my japanese teacher was that Yamaha only made this tuba the size they did because it fit the same case as there already made Eb. They were looking to save a few bucks while making a few. Can't say that I blame them.
