Try John Butler at Mars Music. He installed a slide lever on the main slide of my teacher's Alexander during its rebuild last year. I've heard good things about Houghton, and Eric Swanson rebuilt my horn many years ago (before I bought it), but John Butler would definitely be my first choice due to the quality of his work.
