Understanding that mouthpiece selection is an extremely personal thing, there are some good general mouthpieces that I recommend as a starting point. The old standards are Bach 18, Conn Helleberg, and King 26. These three mouthpieces are very different and one of them could very well give you a general idea of what type of mouthpiece suits you best. Once you have it narrowed down that far, seek out the advice of a private teacher who can help you find a better match for both you and your tuba. Just try as many mouthpieces as you possibly can. Hopefully, you'll come across the one that really works for you. Good luck!
