just about two days ago my town had their x-mas parade and so we (the HS band) had to play but we didnt have to wear uniforms, just decorate our insturments. so the other tuba player packing taped a 4 foot santa on the top of his sousaphone. the most supprising thing about this is that it actually stayed on through the whole parade!
