when I played Air and Bourree two years back, i took the Bourree slighlty faster than twice the tempo of the Air. I think I gave the last G in Air double value, then went directly into the anacrusis D in Bourree.
Example, those descending eights at the end of Air become the cut time quarter note in Bourree..
