Wow! What a wealth of information. Thanks for sharing your insights. One question I have is how do you pick a mouthpiece to match your tuba short of buying a ton of mouthpieces (and wasting a lot of money)?
One small note: a french horn in F is the same length as an F tuba. A frech horn in Bb is the same length as a Euphonium.
