The Helleberg 7B from Conn is pretty small--smaller than the regular model. In fact, the regular Helleberg is smaller than a Bach 18, though it is a different shape and perhaps hard to compare. The Conn has the thin rim that you want, too.

You might also look into some of the mouthpiece designed for solo work on an F tuba. They have a full-size shank, but a smaller cup. I can't think of designations because they never seem to work on my face and I don't own any.
