With all of what I've read about popping rivets and breaking seams, I'd be kind of hesitant to say top notch. Great customer service is a definite plus, but the best customer service in the world doesn't mean anything if you don't sell a quality product.
[disclaimer] Not a flame on RB, just my contribution to the thread. I've owned one RB bag, and had no problems with it.. though I was constantly afraid of the stitches coming undone or ripping... but I'm just over cautious.
