All bass clef music is written in sounding pitch. Bass clef euphonium parts are written in sounding pitch, where the fingerings are the same as a BBb tuba(just an octave up). Treble clef euph parts are written in Bb, where the fingerings are the same as a Bb trumpet.. So a written C is a concert Bb... hope I helped :)
