The problem we have here is one guy down below got huffy when he didn't get the answers he was looking for, and now everyone thinks they deserve more specific answers than the questions they ask.

Had our esteemed Mr. Kaseem asked...

"I'm a fomer professional repair technician who has considered many approaches to providing a tuning kicker to the first valve slide of a rotary PT-6. Before deciding which way to go, I would like to catalog the various approaches others have taken, and who did the work. For those of you with kickers on your PT-6 first valve, who did the work and what design was used?"

...he would have gotten the answers he seeks, and filtered out the sort of answers he apparently didn't want. But he didn't ask it that way. Instead, he asked it the same way anybody else might have asked it, and he got the same sorts of answers. Instead of skipping the answers that were not responsive, he thinks he is serving society by getting all huffy and pride-filled, thinking apparently that his credentials, which were never established, have been sullied.

Folks, if you are going to be picky about the free advice you seek, then do us all the courtesy of being clear about your intentions so that nobody will walk into your little trap.
