Hi, I tried the archives but the search disregards numbers, and I'm too lazy to sort through all the Conn posts of the past few years. Can anyone tell me, from experience, how the 5J plays? I'm mainly concerned with the lower and middle registers. Is it fairly free-blowing? How's the intonation? Are they well made horns?
