Hey, gang, just wanted to be the first to wish you all a happy and safe New Year. Sean, we all owe you a debt of gratitude for this site. I personally have learned a great deal from the various contributors who frequent this BBS. Let's all make a resolution to play "happier" in 2001. I detect drugery, for lack of a better word, coming through some messages. I personally find my instruments to be a haven from life's pressures (kids, work,yadda yadda). I've been tooting/picking/fiddling for over forty years and I look forward to playing time as much now as I did in my teens. The day picking up an instrument becomes "work" it'll be time to move on to something else. So... let's PICK UP those horns right now and LET HER RIP!
